I am sure you can find it on Ebay or something with enough searching. There are sites that have live Tragically Hip concerts up for download via BitTorrent -- <a href="http://bt.etree.org/" rel="nofollow">eTree</a> and <a href="http://www.thehiptracker.com/" rel="nofollow">The Hip Tracker</a> (currently down) are two that I know of.
