Nick Ing-Simmons, the developer of Perl/Tk (amongst other things Perl), passed away on Monday. We here at the JAC use Perl/Tk all over the place for graphical front-ends to various tools, so we’re endebted to Nick’s efforts. He’ll be missed.

We use Perl/Tk all over the place here at Qualcomm as well. Thanks for the mention, Brad. I’ll pass it along to my colleagues.
