What the hell is DockSyncClient and why does it keep crashing?

I installed Leopard today. Here’s what I don’t like so far:
- The Apple logo and spotlight icon in the top left and top right corners, respectively, are black and not blue. Even if you go with the blue colour scheme, they stay black.
- VirtueDesktops (whose site is down) doesn’t run up because of an error that reads “unsafe use of @executable_path in /Applications/VirtueDesktops.app/Contents/MacOS/VirtueDesktops with setuid binary”. Now I’m forced to use Apple’s Spaces, which is much less customizable and much more shitty.
- The damned Dock. I don’t want the black background on mine, I want it unobtrusive.
- …and something called DockSyncClient keeps crashing every 15 minutes. I’ve sent three reports to Apple, hopefully they’ll fix whatever’s causing it to crash. Annoying as hell.

VirtueDesktops was based on a mach hack, sooner or later it was going to break.
If you want Apple to take any interest, you need to complain, a lot, publically, you could even claim it is unethical of Apple not to include your crappy missing feature, thats what RMS would do.

DockSyncClient and SyncServer are using up 90+% of my CPU. My fan is always running. I had problem with Microsoft Sync yesterday, but turned off all iSync stuff (mostly for my Iphone) - that seemed to shut that monster down, but now the other two are running…. i have Leopard as well.
