I&#039;ve been putting off building Perl at work, which is installed to a shared file system, supports four platforms, and includes hundreds of CPAN and internal distributions.  I think I&#039;d run across Shipwright before, but long ago, and I couldn&#039;t make heads nor tails of it.

Thanks for taking the time to do this.  It looks like it will come in quite handy.</description>

I&#039;ve been poking around for ages attempting to find something to manage it. At one point I wrote my own, but there were various problems with my solution and the dependancy tree eventually outpaced it. I&#039;ll take a look, even though getting this all automated looks, interesting, to say the least.</description>

		<description>actually, you don&#039;t need to rerun with --verbose to catch the failure message, build.log contains the error info if without --verbose when running ./bin/shipwright-builder.
