I've been putting off building Perl at work, which is installed to a shared file system, supports four platforms, and includes hundreds of CPAN and internal distributions. The sprawling dependancy tree for the Perl install for eSTAR is similarly unmanageable. I've been poking around for ages attempting to find something to manage it. At one point I wrote my own, but there were various problems with my solution and the dependancy tree eventually outpaced it. I'll take a look, even though getting this all automated looks, interesting, to say the least. Thanks for that Brad.
